How LYKS Essentials orders are shipped, and what to do if something arrives damaged or incorrect.
Free shipping on all orders delivered within Tamil Nadu. A flat ₹100 shipping fee applies to orders delivered to any other state.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery generally takes 2–4 business days within Tamil Nadu and 4–7 business days elsewhere in India, depending on the courier and your location.
You'll receive an order confirmation by email once payment is verified. You can check the status of any order under My Orders if you're signed in.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
LYKS Essentials products are consumable food items (seeds, nuts, powders and blends), so for hygiene and safety reasons we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened.
Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery — reach out first so we can arrange pickup and confirm eligibility.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
